Who is the basic package for?

The basic nutrition package is for anyone looking to fix up their diet and gain a better understanding of how the foods they eat may be affecting them.


The basic plan is for the self-motivated, those who need a nudge in the right direction or who have non-specific reasoning to look towards nutrition.


For anyone looking to focus on a specific area (PCOS, weight loss, gut health) it is advised to follow a more specific protocol like the 3-month plan.


What does the Basic Package look like?


  • 1-hour initial health and lifestyle consultation - To gain an understanding of your overall health.


  • Initial analysis of your current food intake - Achieved by recording a 3-day food diary


  • A personalised nutrition plan tailored to your needs, favourite foods and budget. Complimented with lifestyle and exercise recommendations.

  • Two 30 minute follow up consultations to review progress and make adjustments to plan if needed. 


    All consultations can be done remotely over zoom.
